About Art
I help international teams thrive, using intercultural science, storytelling, and real-life tools that stick.

I’m on a mission to make growth and transformation accessible, helping people lead and work with purpose and connect across cultures. My work isn’t just about delivering insights, but about creating experiences that spark reflection and lead to lasting change impacting everyday decisions and interactions.
I embrace diversity, not just in appearance, but in thought, culture, and experience. This love for transformation is what drives my work in intercultural communication. Just as I adapt my look, I help others navigate and thrive in diverse cultural landscapes, where flexibility and openness lead to the richest connections.
Work

Over the last decade, I’ve had the privilege of teaching people from all over the world how to speak, connect, and truly communicate. Teaching has always been my go-to. It’s where I feel at home, and it’s what I want to keep doing. My mission? To keep bridging people and cultures, and help others become better communicators—across borders, backgrounds, and belief systems.
For me, culture isn’t an add-on – it’s the baseline. What’s “normal” for one person is often completely foreign to another. I learned that early in life, but I’ve also seen how many people still overlook it.
That’s where I come in. I help you spot what’s hidden in plain sight – those cultural nuances you didn’t know were shaping your words, actions, and assumptions. I’ll guide you to see more, understand more, and connect more deeply than you ever thought possible.
Culture & Languages

Throughout my life, I’ve dipped my toes into 10 languages – though if I’m being honest, I’d only claim 5 of them on a good day. I grew up bilingual, speaking Polish at home and German in everyday life. English joined the mix when I was 11, followed by French in school.
Things got really exciting when I moved to the Lanzarote and picked up Spanish. For a few years I lived “La vida loca” then later added Portuguese, eventually spending half a year in Brazil to really get into the rhythm (and the samba — not really). Most recently, I’ve started learning Italian, because why not?
Oh, and I’ve also tried my hand at Russian for a whole academic year and Japanese to work at the Olympics in 2021 But when I got to Hebrew… let’s just say after four weeks, I decided the next language I should learn is guitar. I never did.
4 facts about me:
1. I am a Polyglott.
2. I’ve travelled to 70 Countries so far.
3. I’ve lived in 5 countries.
4. The longest I’ve ever lived in one place in the past 10 years, was 15 months.
Sustainability

This matters to me. While I offer in-person workshops around the world, I travel consciously. I combine trips when possible, choose trains over planes whenever I can, and make intentional choices to reduce unnecessary impact. As someone who lives and works between cultures, I believe in showing up fully – without leaving a heavy footprint.
